There was a large attendance at the weekly meeting of the Radiant Health Club. The president, Mrs Rrookes, presided, and introduced Mr Terry as the speaker for the evening. Mr Terry, who is a well known dietitioo, touched briefly on various food values. Vegetables and fruit, he said, should be used abundantly in their season. as it was at that time our system rccpiired them. When possible the skina of fruit and the outside leaves of vegetables should bo eaten, as in these wore the most healthful properties. In most cases food, especially tea. coffee, etc., should be allowed to cool before being partaken of. A hearty vote of thanks was accorded the speaker.
