(Received June 14, at 10 a.m.) Very stiff sentences were imposed on tho Garhwalis who were court-mar-tialled on a charge of refusing to obey orders during the Peshawar disturbances. One man was sentenced to transportation for life, another to fifteen years’ imprisonment, and the remaining fifteen to terms ranging from three to ten yqars’ rigorous imprisonment.
