(Received May 17, at 11.45 a.m.) There are no boats available to patrol the sea between Darwin and Timor in anticipation of the arrival of Miss Johnson. A Quantas plane arrived yesterday from Brisbane. The Government Resident at Darwin has been instructed to accord Miss Johnson a welcome on behalf of tho Government. THE RETURN JOURNEY.
