Th<P League of Nations Committee on Arbitration and Security discussed the (juestion of the facilities to be granted to aircraft used by the League to maintain communication in tho event of a threat of war. Tho German delegate (Herr Goeppert) urged that the League mould not have its own aircraft, lint should use machines placed at its li'posal by the various Governments. Tho general discussion was adjourned to enable the British delegation to prepare a draft convention in which the British Government’s viewpoint will be explained.
