Mann, a member of the Western Australian Legislature.- told the Canadian (Club here that party politics had proved a stumbling block in tho development of Empire trade reciprocity.- He advocated properly organised trade research of requirements and products, so that every, unit of the Empire could establish a workable basis tor Empire trade reciprocity.
