THE SAVOY BALL
The Savoy grand hall, which is to be held on AA r cdnesday evening, as the final effort to raise funds for the endowment of the obstetrical chair, has been made' possible by the generosity of Air and Mrs P. Barling, who have placed the whole of the Savoy at tlic disposal of tlio committee. The ball is under the patronage of tho Dean of the Medical Faculty, Sir Lindo Ferguson and Lady Ferguson, and promises to be one of the brilliant social events of tho season. Slipper is to be served in the AA’anviek room, and dancing will bo in tho Tudor Hall, where the whole of the floor space will bo available for the dancers. That tho decorations and all arrangements for the dancing will be in the hands of Air and Airs Barling is a guarantee that everything will be up to the wellknown Savoy standard, Tho stall' has generously donated their services for this worthy object, the success of which is now well assured. Tickets for the ball may bo obtained from Airs Alarsliall Alaedonald.
