Cobbe (Minister of Defence),, and the Man closed .yesterday. With regard to the Administrator’s points; (1) The ’ Samoans were not favourable to the breaking up of the organisation; (2) no opposition would bo made to “ wanted ” men being arrested; (3) it is understood that the Samoans will return to their villages. The Administrator said he would m6et' representatives of the people at any time at Mulinuu, Apia, or Vailima to discuss inatters of benefit to the country. '
