There are many wireless enthusiasts in Enfield, and many trees jn Enfield Town Park. , . As a result many aerial wires have been fixed from the trees to the wireless sets. The Enfield Town Council do, not see tit to let the trees work tor nothing, and it is therefore making every wireless amateur whose aerial is tied .to a tree pay a shilling a year rent.
