,RULES FOR HAPPY HOMES Judge Joseph Sabath, of Chicago, who specialises in preventing divorces, broadcasts a new year message to all husbands and wives, giving his rules for domestic happiness: — '■ For Husbands: Be faithful and kind to your wife and show her your love; have children or adopt some. For Wives: Be a woman,'hot a crybaby: be not afraid of motherhood: let your husband make money, and you save It; be a wife, the one womhn for the one man.
