FAILURE IN LONDON Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright CAPE TOWN, March ?. (Received March 8, at 10 a.m.) The failure of the Union loan of £6,000,000 on the London market, tho underwriters having to take up 75 per cent., is attributed in Government circles to the prejudice against dominion loans because of the Australian situation, as well as world economic conditions.
