NEARLY ELECTROCUTED. Herbert C. Oaten, aged thirty-seven, a married engineer employed by the Cambridge Power Board, had a narrow escape trora being fatally electrocuted IP the early hours of this morning while working on alterations to the Leamington sub-station. He was up on a short ladder when his head came into contact with the 3,000-yolt line.
