He also promised, by prohibition or countervailing duties, to prevent the unfair competition of dumped or bounty-fed oats regardless of the country of origin. Ho added that he adhered to his election pledge, that only home-fed beef should b supplied to the Army, the Air Force, and the Navy in home ports for the six months from October to March, and during the six months following harvest 25 per cent, of the (lour iised by those services should be from home-grown wheat. Ho promised a full exposition of the Conservative agricultural policy as soon as possible.
