FRENCH CRISIS
CABINET RECONSTRUCTION PROBLEM Pr«u Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. PARIS, February 18. (Received February 19, at 1.20 p.m.) There is every indication that M. Doumergue will call on M. Tardieu to form a Cabinet, probably to-day, as the President is of opinion that the crisis must be overcome quickly. Should M. Tardieu not accept the task on account of ill-healtfi, an effort will be made to constitute a government of the Republican elements. It is certain, whatever happens, M. Tardieu will be included in the next Cabinet.
