ANNIVERSARY REGATTA SYDNEY, January 27. The main attraction at tho anniversary regatta on Sydney Harbour today was a sailing race, described as tho all-yachts’ race, which was won by Bona from Uniekah the Second. Vanessa, the winner of the Sayonara Cap, was fourth. The eighteen-footers’ race was won by the Mississippi, with Arakoon second. Tho P. and 0. hner Maloja was the flagship, and among those who witnessed the regatta wore the GovernorGeneral (Lord Stonehaven), the Premier (Mr T. It. Bavin), and other prominent people. Tho harbour presented a fine sight, the ships being dressed in bunting, and scores of yachts competing in the various races.
