ARRIVAL AT JAVA Brest Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. SINGAPORE, January 20. Captain Chichester, interviewed be-fore-bis departure this morning, said x he had not thought much of the route that he had followed for aeroplanes. There was far, too much water about. A Welteveden message says that Captain Chichester arrived there this afternoon. He will continue his flight on Wednesday.
