J. L. DAVIES’S BODY FOUND [Per United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, January 6. The body of J. L. Davies, for whom search has been made on tho waterfront since last Wednesday, was recovered in the harbour-to-day. His hat and coat and a number of letters written by him and Mrs Julia Cubtit, in which they indicated their intention of. committing 1 suicide together, were found on the water’s edge last w-eeb, and at the same time Mrs Cubitt was discovered lying unconscious on the rocks.
