Miss Margaret Bondfield (Minister of Labour) lias written to the National Association of Textile Unions and tho Employers’ Association of Bradford announcing that, owing to failure to find a basis to reopen direct negotiations in tho wages dispute, a new court of inquiry thereinto would be appointed.
