MENTAL PATIENT’S DEATH. A male patient at the Porirua Mental Hospital was found hanging yesterday afternoon. The body was immediately cut down, but the mail was dead, —Wellington Press Association telegram. DEAD BODY IN SEA. Three hoys fishing from the rocks all Scarborough, near Sumner, yesterday,, found the dead body ol a man floating in the water. The body bore a wound on the throat indicating that death was due to suicide. 'The deceased was a young man. The body was well dressed, but tbe clothing gave no clue to tho man’s identity. ¥ DROWNED IN DULLER RIVER. The body of Georges Baker, who was drowned at Tiroroa on December 14 when attempting to swim the Bnlic-r River, was found on the heanh at Fairdown yesterday.—Westport Press Association telegram.
