Yesterday afternoon the Storm arrived from northern, ports to put cut and load general cargo. She sails to-night for Wellington, Picton, and Wanganui via ports. The Breeze was timed to leave this afternoon for Wellington with produce to be transferred to the Norfolk,

Early this morning the Gale arrived from Wanganui via ports to unload cargo. She then goes to Port Chalmers to dock. Tho crew trouble on board the Corinm, having been fixed the vessel sailed yesterday afternoon for Nelson, -New Plymouth, and Westport via ports. At 10 o’clock last night the Progress came in from Wellington. The vessel was loading to-day ,and she is expected to sail for Port Waikato via ports to-night. The Kurow, which arrived from Auckland via ports, was unloading today She was to leave port this afternoon for Bluff to complete _ discharge. The Kurow return to Dunedin on Tuesday to load out for Timaru., Lyttelton, Wellington, and Auckland, Now completing her loading programme at Auckland the C. and D. vessel Port Hardy is to be despatched from the northern port on Saturday for Halifax and London, via Panama. Tho vessel is lifting the biggest butter shipment yet taken from New Zealand. THE FERRY SERVICE. The Wahine, from Wellington, arrived at Lyttelton at 6.55 a.m. to-day, and passengers and mails for the south connected with' the express. KARETU DUE TO-MORROW. Due to-morrow from Sydney via ports the Union Company’s steamer Knretu is to unload general merchandise here, including transhipments from overseas steamers. She sails again on Monday for Bluff and Sydney. CANADIAN CONQUEROR’S MOVEMENTS. Messrs H. L. Tapley and Company advises that the Canadian Conqueror, which has been delayed in the north, is now due here on December 28 to unload portion of her Montreal cargo. She will also commence loading here for the return trip, leaving again for the north two days later. Her ports of discharge in the United States and Canada will be New York, Boston, and Montreal.

CAMBRIDGE LOADING HERB.

Early this morning the Cambridge reached Port Chalmers from Wanganui to continue her loading for Home. She completes at Wellington, and sails finally from there on December 28 for London and West Coast poll® of England via Panama. WAIRUNA TO ARRIVE. With cargo from Pacific Coast ports the Union Company’s freighter Wairuna is due this evening from Lyttelton to discharge the Dunedin portion of the merchandise. She leaves early next week for New Plymouth and Napier to complete unloading. DUE CHRISTMAS DAY. Messrs J. W. Swift and Co. advise that the C, and D. Line steamer Port Darwin was expected to sail from Wellington to-day for Lyttelton, Timaru, and Dunedin to discharge the remainder of her general cargo from New York. She is due at this port on December 25. NEW YORK SAILINGS. Sailings from Now York are scheduled as follow: Otaki, on December 31 for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. Winton, on January, 25 for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and New Plymouth. BOUND FOR NEW ZEALAND. Armidale left New York on Novemcr 22 and Norfolk on November 26 for Auckland, via Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. Due Auckland December 31. Australind left New York on December 5 for Suva', Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton; Dunedin, and Australia. Canadian Explorer leaves Halifax January 25 for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru, and Dunedin.
