SYDNEY, November 9. (Received November 9, at 11.-10 a.m.) The ‘ Guardian. ’ savs that Australia has been added as a party to the British Government’s decision to resume relations with Russia. The Prime Minister (Mr Scullin’) said: “ We are in full accord with the action of the British Government. The question of representation of Russia in Australia will not arise until the Soviet makes application to the Commonwealth to that effect.”
