Sir Hubert Wilkins will sail on Friday for Deception Island to establish a base for Antarctic exploration from the air. GRAF ZEPPELIN. CREW CONSENTS TO ARCTIC FLIGHT. BERLIN, October 31. (Received November 1, at 10 a.m.) The Zeppelin crew has agreed to participate in the Polar flight, for which they will receive special pay and insurance. [Asked recently if they were willing to participate in an expedition to the North Polo, the entire crew of the Graf Zeppelin held a meeting and decided to refuse. They contended that they were engaged for passenger flights, not for risky adventures like Colonel Nobile’s. The organisers of the proposed Arctic expedition threatened to sue Dr Eckener, who had contracted a find a crew. J
