(Received October 29, at 1 a.m.) The Nanking official News Agency reports that 50,000 Soviet reinforce-; ments are concentrating in the Tauli district, presumably with the intention of invading Manchuria. The Nanking State Council has remitted 1.000.000d0l to Chang HsuehLiang, the Mukden leader, to assist in tire frontier defence and to prepare for the anticipated Soviet attack.
