SIR JAMES HEATH'S COMPLAINT Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, October 23. “Because of her extravagance 1 had to repudiate responsibility for her debts,” declared Sir James Heath, when opposing a claim by’ a firm for a typewriter which was supplied to his wife, Lady Heath, the well-known aviatrix. He added that he had settled £I,OOO annually on her, but bills still kept pouring in on him. The judge dismissed the claim,--Aus-tralian Press Association. [Sir James Heath is an ironmaster and colliery proprietor. He is seventyseven years of age. In 1927 ho married Sophie Mary Elliott-Lynn. daughter of the late John Peirce-Evans, of Knockaderry County, Limerick, Ireland. She is his third wife. Last year Lady Heath flew alone from Cape Town to London. Recently she was seriously injured in au air crash in the United States.]
