He published a, penny pamphlet on tho subject to-day, which is advertised by full page notices in most of the morning papers. Writing in the 1 Daily Express,’ lie describes tho policy as: (1) To break down as far as possible the tariff walls that now divide the different members of the British, Commonwealth, so that trade shall flow between them without hindrance; (2) to give adequate protection to all producers in tho Enii’dro, whether industrial or agricultural, by imposing a duty’ ou imports from foreign countries.—Australian Press Association.
