Hearing of the case in which Norman Findlay proceeded against W. 1. AshCon on a claim for £25 Is 6d for damages arising out of a collision between plaintiff’s motor car and defendant’s lorry near the intersection of George street and the Octagon on July 20 was continued yesterday afternoon. D'f'mdaht counter claimed for £9 10s for dama -e caused to bis lorry, r.ach alleged negligence on the part of the other. Mr Paterson appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr Taylor for defendant. After evidence, the magistrate (Mr J. R. Bartholomew, S.M.) reserved his decision.
