After taking in cargo at this port the John left last night for Oainaru, Timaru, Wellington, and Wanganui. The Storm also sailed last night, her ports ol discharging being Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Wanganui. , At o o’clock this evening the Papanui is to leave for New Plymouth, where she puts out the rest of her overseas cargo. ! To-morrow evening at (3 o'colck tiio Piako is timed to sail for Fluff to unload the remainder of Liverpool cargo. The Kurow was duo this afternoon from Lyttelton to unload general cargo. She sails to-morrow for Bluff, and returns to this port on Saturday for loading. Her ports arc Timaru, Lyttelton, '’Wellington, and Auckland. It is expected that the Katoa will dear Lyttelton to-night for Fort Chalmers,- whore she undergoes survey. Both the ivahika and the Corinna are to load here next Tuesday. Thu former will take in cargo for Napier and Gisborne via ports, and the latter Nelson and New Plymouth via ports. Leaving Auckland to-morrow the Waipiata will carry cargo for discharge at Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Timaru. The Government steamer Tulauckai was to leave Bluff this morning for the West Coast Sounds and hays, on route to Wellington. The vessel is due at Wellington about November 1, and will subsequently visit .some of the Cook Strait lighthouses . prior to going on '.(.i uid trip to the northern lighthouses. i.io C. and D. Line advises that the Fort Hobart is fixed to commence loading at New Plymouth on November 2(l’for London. She was to resume her trip to Vancouver, via Suva, Honolulu, and Victoria today. AORANGI LEFT VANCOUVER. The Royal Mad motor liner Aorangi loft Vancouver for Auckland at -■ o'etocii on .»ednesday afternoon, and is duo at the northern port on Sunday November 3. The vessel is announced to resume her trip to Sydney on tho following day. COPJNTHIC WITH PASSENGERS. Tho Shaw, Savill, and Albion liner Corintbic was due at Wellington from London and Southampton to-day. The vesse l has passengers and general cargo from England, and is duo at Auckland on October 23 to discharge the local consignment of her cargo and also load for tho homeward trip. THE CANADIAN EXPLORER. Messrs 11. L. Taplcy and Company advise that tho steamer Canadian Explorer, from Montreal via northern ports, is due here on Saturday next to finish unloading her Canadian cargo and to commence loading for the return ti ip. | THE CANADIAN HICELANDER. ROTORUA FOR HOME. The New Zealand Shipping Company’s liner Rotorua left Wellington at daybreak on Saturday for Southampton and London, via tho Panamaroute The vessel carries tho following passengers:—First saloon—From Wellington: Misses A. A. R. Anderson, M. Shirley, F. M'Donald, Mrs Baird, of Coulstoun, Captain W. W. Render. From Auckland: Mesdames Patrick-and D- G. Seats; forty-eight third class. RUAPEHU’S FINAL FORT. The New Zealand Shipping Company advises that the Ruapehu is duo at Fort Chalmers on October 30 to unload Home cargo. Sho then goes north to discharge further and load for England, returning to Port Chalmers about November 29 _ for final loading. Tho vessel is to sail finally from Fort Chalmers about November 30 for London, Avonmouth, Glasgow, and .Liverpool via Magallanes, Montevideo, and Tencriffo. TRANSPACIFIC CARGO SERVICE.
