'The Corinna lias been fixed to load here to-morrow w..ex for Nelson and New Plymouth via ports. The Waipiata is to leave Auckland on Wednesday lor Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. The Golden Cloud, which left here on Friday afternoon for Honolulu and San Francisco, called in at Welling ton over the week-end, as one of the crew foil down a hold and cut his lace, equiring -urgicai attention. For'final loading ior New York, Boston Halilax, and Loudon the Shaw, Savill, and Albion steamer Haranga is duo at Auckland Irom New Plymouth next Wednesday 7. She loaves lor America six days later. Scheduled to arrive at Auckland tomorrow' the transpacific steamer Waihemo is bringing cargo from Pacific Coast ports for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Nelson, Melbourne, and Sydney. The New Zealand Shipping Company’s motor liner Hangitiki, which is now scheduled to reach Auckland Irom Southampton and London on November 1, will unload her general merchandise cargo at Auckland and Wellington and afterwards load for her homeward voyage at Lyttelton, Auckland, Napier, and Wellington. The vessel is to load at Auckland from November 22 to November 25, and she is to be despatched from Wellington for Southampton and London, via Panama, on December 7.

THE PORT DENISON. With cargo from West Coast ports of Croat Britain the Commonv.tealth and Dominion Dine steamer Port Denison is to leave Liverpool on December 7 for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. PASSENGERS ON MONGOLIA. COMMANDENT DESTREMAU. With 1,000 tons of guano from .Walpole Island to discharge to the agency of Messrs J. Neill and Company the steamer Commandent .Destrcmau berthed at Port Chalmers on Saturday afternoon. A full cargo was loaded, but 1,700 tons were discharged at Lyttelton. After completing discharge here the vessel bunkers at Westport and proceeds to New Caledon.a. Her usual trade is canning timber from the American ccast to Tahiti and Nen Caledonia. She is owned by the Ballande Shipping and Mines Company ol Noumea, the firm’s head office being at Bordeaux. Her deck bands are Islanders, and tbo firemen are Chinese. Captain G. Robaid is master, and his chief engineer is Sir R. Bonnard.

KA IK ORA] FOR NEW ZEALAND. The Union Company advises that the steamer Kaikorai was to leave Melbourne to-day with an assortment of Australian cargo for discharge at Auckland, New Plymouth, Castlechff, Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru. and Dunedin. PERSONAL. Air A. W. Bagley has rejoined the Kaimai as chief engineer. Mr A. R. Wickes, chief engineer, Kaponga, has been granted holiday leave, and his place lias been taken by Mr H. Martin. Captain S. Holm has relieved Captain W. Williams as master of the Holmdale. Captain A. Lo Blanc is in command of the Canadian Explorer, which arrived at Wellington on Saturday from Montreal.

PIAKO DISCHARGING. The steamer Piako arrived yesterday from Liverpool via northern ports, and berthed at the Victoria wharf to discharge ' part cargo. After loading at Glasgow and Liverpool the vessel left the last-mentioned port on August 17. Owing to stripping some of her turbine blades the vessel put in to Falmouth the fallowing Tuesday. Repairs were carried out there, and the vessel left the following day. Fair to moderate weather was experienced crossing the Atlantic, and Colon was reached on the evening of September 9 Bunkers were taken on board, and she cleared there at 8 a.m. next day, transit through the canal being granted the same morning. Moderate weather was encountered until near the New Zealand coast, when sho ran into a south-west gale and high seas, which delayed her slightly. These conditions continued until arrival at Auckland. Through striking the wharf at Glasgow the Piako damaged her bows slightly as we!! as the wharf. Captain J. Laird is in command, and ho has associated with him the following officers: —Chief, Air F, Longlived; second, Air P. S. Cailcntt; third, Air j, M'Culloeh, fourth, Air J. H. The Piako will go to Bluff to complete discharge and commence loading for England.
