NEW APPOINTMENTS (British Official Wir«l*M.) Pm* Association—By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, October 10. The King has approved of the appointment of Mr Cecil Francis Dormer, counsellor in His Majesty’s Diplomatic Service, to be Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary at Bangkok. Tho King lias also approved the appointment of Mr Reginald Hervey Hoare, counsellor in His Majesty’s Diplomatic Service, to bo Minister Plenipotentiary whilst employed in the Residency at Cairo.
