TWO AEROPLANES MISSING MILLIONAIRE AND PARTY. Prow Association—By Telegraph- -Copyright OTTAWA, October 17. The keenest anxiety continues for the millionaire, Colonel AUAlpine, and seven others, who, in two planes, were lost six weeks ago in an uncharted, barren region of Northern Canada. A dozen macl' : " have latterly been scouring the snow-swept areas 800 les from Hudson’s Bay. Five new machines, equipped with skis, were sent to-day, and four others will operate from Stoney Rapids and Cormorant Lake, the most northerly outpostof Manitoba. The missing men are believed to have been forced down. They bad food for several weeks; but unless they are found soon they, will probably starve or freeze to death. —United Service.
