PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT DEFEATED Bums Association —By Telegraph—Copyright OTTAWA, September C. ■News from Regina (Saskatchewan) States that the Liberal Government, led by Mr James Gardiner, was defeated in the Legislature by 34 votes to 27 on a no-confidence motion which was moved by the Conservative leader, Mr Anderson, and supported by the Progressives and Independents. Mr Gardiner is expected to resign Immediately. The Liberals have been JB power fqi twenty-four years.—Australian Press Association.
