SYDNEY, August 26. (Received August 26, at 9.10 a.ni.) The jockey, Friend, a successful hurdle rider, brcike both lus wrists when endeavouring to save himselt after parting from Mount Papel m the hurdles at Rosehill. ft is feared that his riding career is ended.
