The programme should be a great delight to all music lovers. A splendid vocal programme will support the Woolston Hand at 3\ A this evening. The band will present one of its best programmes, including items by Alford, Ketelby, Allatto, Snppe, "Wagner, Mendelssohn, and Thornton. The vocalists lor the evening will be Miss Linda Mills (soprano!, Miss Rose Horrell (mezzo-soprano), and Mr Robert Robson. ‘ Athletic Reminiscences ’ will be the subject of a talk by Mr Charles Bnekett, physical cnltnrist. Another interesting talk will bo given at 9 o’clock, the speaker being Mr TO. I). Parton. Telegraph Engineer. He will give the fifth of Ins scries of lecturettos on ‘ Tree Tnmj ming.’ Commeneing to-night, a new timeI table will be in force at 4YA. In future i the only silent-day during the week j will be on Thursday, and the station 'will he on the air daily, afternoon ■ and evening, just as the other stations , are.
