This means that the chief business of Abe session will be the discussion of the Soviet’s proposal of a 50 per cent, cut in arnmmen .s The Chinese General, Tsing Tso-ping, gave notice of a resolution that a new peace pact signed by all nations, should discard compulsory military service.—Australian Press Association.
