After this evening’s performance, the curtain will be finally rung down on snappy humour of the League ol Notions llcvuc Company at the I rincess theatre. One of the mam regrets will bo the end of the antics ot the inimitable Syd Beck. -Otei m humorous sketches, in . which most ot the company take part, the featuic of the current, show is the singing 0 Quecnic Paul and Mike Connors. GUI Man Sunshine, Little Boy Bluchud is the principal song this week. Linn Smith chimes in niernlv with the singers with his clever piano accompaniment. Linn also njfuscs nmple energy into the six members ot Ins lively" inzz band. William Beresford. Gerald Connelly. Phyllis Baker, and Gladys Shaw supply delightful vocal items. Dunedin people will miss the back-chat of Syd Bock and Ernie Paulasto, the popular singing of Queenie Paul and Mike Connors, the bright syncopation of Idlin' Smith and his°joy boys, and the fine singing and excellent dancing of the revue. The League has established itsell deservedly in public lavour by sheer veisatilitj and good entertainment.
