TALK OF SHORTAGE Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, Mardi 20. A conference of the National Federation of Meat Traders’ Associations discussed the threat ol' a meat shortage in Britain, which the delegates attributed to the increased meat consumption in the United States and in Britain, resulting in increased imports from the dominions and probably the lemoyal of the present United States embargo against Argentine meat. The conference adopted a resolution instructing the executive to inquire into Britain’s future meat supplies.—Australian Press Association.
