On the motion of Air Kilpatrick Air T. C. lios.s was appointed chairman, and Air James Begg vice-chairman. The members of the board expressed appieciation of the work of Air Gilray and his stait throughout the year, ami of tlie excellent results that had attended their efforts. Dr Riley (school medical officer), m seconding the motion, referred to tho high maiks gained in tho recent public examinations, and made special mention of the very line physique of the boys who come under his care.
