! Record butter entries have been received by the Alauawatu A. and I*. Association for the National Dairy Show in June. The cheese entries also show 1 a hi" increase over the tour I years. The increase in entries is interesting in view of the recent statement that it docs not pay the dairy companies to exhibit, in view of the_ deterioration of the produce while it is out of cool store. The butter entries number 330, compared with 307 last year, and the cheese entries 193, compared with 12G last year.
