OTAGO V. SOUTH CANTERBURY An attractive exhibition of lawn tennis should be provided at Anderson’s Bay on Saturday afternoon when Otago will meet a team representing practically the full strength of South Canterbury. The game lias reached a very high standard in Tim am, and the visitors should fully extend the local players, who are also practically at full strength. 1). 0. Johnston and W. G. Robertson, two young players who have made a rapid advance in uroticiency, will lead the visitors, and tneir style should prove an object lesson to Dunedin juniors, N. Cramond, W, R. Fea, and Warne Pearse are well known in this city, and, together with InnesJones are all capable of giving a good exhibition. The visiting ladies include Airs W. A. Scott and Miss D. Hart, the latter of whom is ranked fourth. On the whole the chances of victory appear to be slightly in favour of Otago; but it should prove a close and interesting contest throughout. The playing order of the Otago team is as follows •/ Men’s Singles,—M'Dougal), Bray, Boddy, Duthie. Blackf’and Fulton. Ladies’- Singles.—Miss Pattison, Miss
