Results:— Tainaki Handicap, 400sovs, 2m.— 3 Commander Bingen (scr, Lowe) 1,2 Bright Light (24yds, Corrigan) 3, 5 Bingen Starr (scr. M'Millan) 3. All started. Won by three lengths; a neck. Times; 4miu 34 2-osec, 4min 44 l-ssec, 4min 46 2-ssec. Park Handicap, 400sovs, 11m.—9 Lord Nepean (12yds, August) 1,2 Harvest Child (48yds, Holmes) 2, 6 Nelson M’Cormack (scr, Rogers) 3. Scratched: Master Hula, Lingfield, Tony Vctor, Van Rich, Warplane. Won by a neck; a head. Times: 3min 21 2-ssec, Jiiiin 21 3-ssec, 3min 25 4-sscc.
