CARNIVAL
The St.- Kilda and Tramway Bands will hold a carnival at tho St) Clair Beach for four days, commencing on AVednesday (Boxing Day). _ All kinds of games will bo indulged in, and on Saturday, tho 29th, a baby show will be-held. The mayor (tho Hon AV. BTaverner) will open the carnival.
