Tho patient was describing his symptoms to the doctor. “ I’m sure there’s something very wrong with rue,” ho said. “ Whenever I lift my right hand to my forehead, then raise it a lew inches, and drop it down again to my side, I suffer agony.”* “ Why go through such a silly niovemcnt?” asked the doctor. “ Well,” answered tho patient, “ if yon can tell me of any other way of taking off my hat I shall be glad. \to hear it.”
