(Recciml November 14, at 11.3 a.m.) British interests have purchased a controlling interest in the Western Lumber Company, paying General A. D. M.'Rao, M.P-, approximately 2,000,COO dollars for his holdings in all Hie western lumber companies. The new owners intend to seek trade with Australia.-—Australian Press Association.
