The swift action of the plot, with its comedy and mystery and thrills, gives Miss Banuermau a chance to wear some beautiful costumes and two sets ol astounding pyjamas. She is probably at her host in tlio dramatic climax to tho second act, when she rises to tho greatest height of her dramatic genius.” Miss Lily Tithcradgc, who will appear in ‘ Other Men’s AVivcs,’. is a member of tlio distinguished Tithcradgo family. Her sister, Madge Tithcradgc, is one of England's most successful actresses; her brother Dion is author of the successful thriller, ‘The Crooked Billot,’ and playgoers will remember her father, George Tithcradgc, when ho was a prominent member ol the Brungh-Boneicault Company. Mr Louis Goodrich, another prominent member of the company, conms with a big London reputation, which bo more than sustained by .Jiis splendid work with Margaret liannernian in Sydney and Melbourne. Mr Ellis Irving is already will known to New Zealand, principally for his portrayals in the plays staged hero by tho Rene Kelly Company, Herbert Millard last visited New Zealand as a. prominent member of the Dion Buiicieault-Irene Vanbrugh Company, and Arthur Cornell and°G. Kay Souper are two other artists who have appeared successfully in the dominion with various companies. ‘Other Men’s AVives ’ will bo played for three nights, ami will lie followed by ‘One Betters.’ The box plans lor the three productions will open on Thursday morning.
