The annual swimming sports of the Otago Girls’ High School were held yesterday in the municipal baths before a good crowd of friends and pupils, A feature of the meeting was the close and spirited finish in each event. The championship was won by D. Murdock, with 14 points, while P. Lang was second, with 12 points. Results:— Stragglers’ Race (girls who cannot swim more than three strokes). —T. Mineham 1, T.
