FLYING DEVELOPMENTS
NEW CIVIL AVIATION COMPANY (British Official Wireless.) Press Association —By Telegraph Copyright RUGBY, October 30. (Received October 31, at noon.) It is understood that in its earlier years tho new’ Civil Aviation Company will ask assistance from the Air Ministry on similar lines to that now given to light aeroplane clubs, but it will bo willing to forego such assistance immediately a very modest percentage-of profit on its undertaking is exceeded. It is claimed by tho company that its primary object is to foster tho development of civil aviation. The chairman will not be paid.
