SAlLED.—August 24. Miro, ketch (6.30 a.m.), 7u tons, Himainor, for Auckland. ■ Yarravillo, tanker (9.35 a.m.), 8,627 tons, A. Cook, for San Francisco. Tho ketch Miro, after loading general cargo, sailed this morning tor Auckland. The tanker Yarravillo left this morning for San Francisco direct. Tho Kartigi was to leave Newcastle to-day for Fort Chalmers with a cargo of coal. Tho Kahika was to leave Gisborne today for Dunedin, where she is to load on Monday for Napier and Gisborne via ports. Having completed her survey at Auckland, the Kurow is to leave there to-morrow for Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin, Tho Waikouaiti was to sail early this afternoon for Bluff and Sydney. Tho Storm is due early in the mon, ing from Lyttelton to load and sail the same day for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Wanganui. The Calm, from Bluff, is due on Sunday to load out on Monday for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Wanganui. Tho Union Company’s chartered steamer Susses is to be withdrawn Irom tho Eastern service after she has completed discharge in New Zealand of her present load from tho East. She is to go to tho Pacific Const towards tho end of September. Tho Uiimaroa was scheduled to leave Wellington this morning for Sydney with passengers and mails. She is due at Sydney on Tuesday. Tho Maheno and the Marama were both to leave Sydney to-day, tho Maheno for Auckland, and the Marama for Wellington. They are duo at their respective ports on Tuesday next. Cabled nows to tho Federal Company reports the departure of tho Turakina from Liverpool on zVugust IS for Auckland. Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Bluff. She is duo at Auckland about September 24. THE FERRY SERVICE. Tho Maori; from Wellington,. arrived at Lyttelton at 7 a.m. to-day, and passengers and mails connected with the express. DEVON AT NEWPORT NEWS. According to a cable message received by tho Federal Company, the Devon arrived at Newport News last Friday morning from Liverpool, cm route to Now Zealand ports. Tho vessel is due at Auckland on September 11.
