* . ENTERTAINMENT AT FORT CHALMERS. The Lilliputian lion lion Revue Company, which is composed of pupils Irom Miss Orossan’s dancing school and children from Fort Chalmers trained by Mr J. E. A. Thomson, made a must successful debut bolorc a crowded altendaneo at the Fort Chalmers Town Hall last evening. Every item was presented iu a pleasing fashion, and great credit is duo to those responsible tor the arranging and organising ol tho programme. Tho nudicnm was in an appreciative mood, ami every periormer received a lull measure ut applause. A feature, of the enierlainnieiit which eonsi-ted of dancing, singing, and sketches of a high calibre, was the effective and colourful stage settings. Those who contributed to the programme Here Misses Crossan (dances), Ami Friichiird, Mavis Frown, and Collier, and Masters E. Frown and Geo. Smiilie. (songs), and Misses King and Kenny (humorous, sketch ). An added i'eainm of (he entertainment was tho presence of au orchestra of seven, which ivas heard in many bright musical compel ilions. The same programme, which has been arranged in order to raise funds for the. Fort Chalmers Crieket Club and make improvements to Ihe ground, will ha presented for the last lime, to-night.
