[From Ouk Conrmsi'ONDKNX.] CLYDE, August _L'L Tlio ladies’ hockey match Maniototo v. Vincent, was played at Clyde on, Saturday under ideal conditions. Vincent showed splendid combination, and won easily by 11-2. Individually Maniototo had several lino players, but there was almost entire absence oi combined play. OTAGO v. SOUTHLAND. The following Otago team nil! play Southland in Invercargill on Wednesday. Tho team will travel to-morrow night, and return on Wednesday afternoon. The match is Limed to start at 10.45' a.m.Misses H Knowles, M. Sim, M. Drown, W. Milter, M. Donald, I. 11. Wallace (captain), C. Casey, G. Hopkin.son, V. Cormack, T. Jurd, At. Traynor, and E. Hold.
