MOSCOW, August 9.,, The Supreme. Court, after a trial extending over three weeks, imposed, the sentence of death on the local branch manager of a wino company, in respect to. abases causing the loss of over 1,000,000 roubles.. Three .'others were sentenced to terms'of imprisonment.
There are no details, but lately it has been suggested that, the Soviet is endeavouring to cover up the failure of the regime by attacks on the administrators.—Australian Press Association.
