FUNERAL LARGELY ATTENDED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, July 19. Tho funeral of Sir James Fairfax, which was held this afternoon at South Head Cemetery, was largely attended, representatives of the State Governor, tho Federal and State Governments and Parliament, and all sections of tho community being present. Mr P. Selig represented the New Zealand Newspaper I’roprietors’ Association and the New Zealand branch of tho Empire Press Union.
